Cambodian garment unions held an international day of action for a monthly minimum wage of US$177, up from US$100, with thousands of workers protesting during their lunch hour outside about 135 factories. Global unions delivered letters to Cambodian embassies in Geneva, Brussels and Canberra and picketed H&M stores abroad. The campaign continued into October 2014 after the government postponed its 2015 wage decision.
