Zaykabar garment strike 2022
A walkout by around 2,000 workers at the JW factory in Zaykabar Industrial Park, Mingaladon Township, Yangon, over pay cuts, unpaid overtime and bonuses, forced off-day work and the cost of sewing needles. Management agreed to limited changes that workers said were not implemented.
