Foodpanda riders in Hong Kong refused to accept orders from the evening of Saturday 15 October 2022 through Sunday, in protest at a new Google Maps based distance calculation that cut their income. The riders threatened a rolling refusal of Pandamart grocery orders and further weekend strikes if the company would not negotiate.
